EDINBURGH BUSINESS SCHOOLCompleted as part of a Proposal document from, our client, Cost Effective Catering Limited, the brief was to design a dining and servery facility which met the needs of the Business Schools varied operations and customer types, and one which could work with their existing kitchen operation.
DCDP provided layout drawings and visuals, which proposed a brand new hot and cold servery. The design offered a varied food product choice for their customers, all presented from a high quality manufactured counter. This counter, to be shaped around the room and surrounded by a new seating/furniture layout, would complement the new food service operation being offered by CCE. |
